Visiting The Kingdom of Bhutan

Becoming one of our guests isn't hard, it is a very special thing.
Just follow these steps...
1. Decide what tour or trek you would like to take:
2. Once you decide on the tour you want, choose the dates you wish to travel.
3. Submit request for Druk Air reservations and tour confirmation.
4. Paying for your tour or trek
- When you receive your e-mail confirmation statement from bootan.com, you will need to make payment according to the information you have received for tour and Druk Air tickets.
Confirmation of your payment will be sent to you and/or each member of your group.

5. Visa Application
- E-mail passport information to bootan.com.
We will apply for your visas - no need to send a copy of passport. The
visa fee of $20 will be collected at time of payment and not at the Paro
airport as was previously done.
As soon as full payment is remitted, your visas
will be approved and a couple of weeks before your departure, a scanned copy
of your visa clearance letter from the Foreign Ministry will be emailed to
you. Print a copy of this document to show at Drukair counter.

6 Additional Travel Arrangements.
- You will need to make travel arrangements to one of the cities that Druk Air departs from.

7. Meet your tour guide at the airport.

*As required by government
regulations all visitors must travel at least one way into Bhutan. Druk Air
operates from Bangkok, Calcutta,
Delhi, Bodh Gaya, Dhaka and Kathmandu to Paro. [flight schedule] Entry is
permitted only by Druk Air into Paro or overland accompanied by
a guide through Phuentsholing. If allowed special arrangements can
be made to exit by Samdrup Jongkhar.

are required for all tourist visa holders.
