The above prices include all hotel accommodations, food, ground transportation, an English speaking guide, trekking equipment, tents, a cook, and pack animals. Sleeping bags and mats can be rented for $5 per night or bring your own. Our guests are hosted in Class A or B hotels which are approved by the Department of Tourism.

All monies paid to Bootan Travel Trust for tours and airline tickets have to be wire transferred to our tour operators' account with Bhutan National Bank. Currently, this is the only way funds can be transferred to Bhutan. We will gladly make the transfers for you.

PAYMENT METHODS

There are three ways to pay for your trip:

1. Cashier's check made payable to Bootan Travel, or wire transfer with a US$75 fee for processing 
2. Account to account transfers for US citizens are accepted with a US$50 fee (for wire transfer to Bhutan) 

After you have first filled out a tour request form we will give you specific information about payment.
