Bhutan King
Jigme Singye Wangchuk arrives here, hectic diplomacy
was
underway to hammer out an agreement that will pave the
way for the first railway track in Bhutan. Under the
policy umbrella of developing border infrastructure with
neighbouring countries, India is seriously considering
the proposal to link up the Indian border towns with a
rail head to five cities in Bhutan.
